When Becky Lynch’s former partner revealed insight into her real-life feud with Charlotte Flair

In mankind, everyone wants to be at the top of whatever they do. Sometimes in the zeal to achieve something, people keep their feelings aside. The same thing happened between Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair a few years back. Back in 2019, both women were enjoying the peak runs of their respective WWE careers. However, the top is always alone, indicating that there is only one best, followed by the second best.

The animosity between Lynch and Flair escalated as time went on. Although it had no previous history, they simply wanted the best for themselves. Now, without getting into too deep waters, as their relationship is not new to wrestling fans, there is a certain person who commented on the matter.

The man is none other than Becky’s brief boyfriend cum dating partner Jeff Dye. He tried not to get too personal when speaking to Wrestling with Freddy but did reveal a few things. Dye explained how The Man himself was initially surprised to learn that Charlotte had actually taken a dislike to him. Obviously, they were fiercely competitive, and that’s absolutely fine. However, Becky Lynch never thought that she would need to sacrifice her friendship in order to keep the engine running.

“I hope I’m not sharing too much here, but they’ll take it really personal. Like when she and Charlotte were fighting, I’d hear her be like, ‘I can’t believe Charlotte really I am getting mad at me.’ I was like, ‘You guys know this is a story, right? You guys don’t really need to be upset with each other for this to work.”

It’s been 4 years since the rift between Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair began. Many of his fans always hoped that their favorite would put aside their resentment and bury the hatred for good. However, this has not happened yet. The Irish lass kicker maintained during an interview that they are friends professionally, but not personally.

Furthermore, their backstage conversations are now limited to questions like Hey and How are you and sometimes become long passages. This is the worst part about friendship. The two women used to be great friends back then, but now, they don’t even see eye to eye.
